Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

Peyman Landscape and Excavation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values clear communication and fair business practices. This Refund / Deposit Policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services performed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

By requesting services, approving a quote, submitting a deposit, or allowing work to begin, you agree to the terms below.

1) Deposits

Some projects require a deposit to secure scheduling, reserve equipment, and/or order materials.

Deposits may be applied toward:

  • scheduling and reserving labor time

  • mobilization planning

  • material ordering and delivery coordination

  • equipment reservations/rentals

Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials are ordered, equipment is reserved, or scheduling has been confirmed and held.

2) Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in specific situations, such as:

  • the customer cancels before scheduling is confirmed and before materials are ordered

  • the Company cancels the project and no work has begun (excluding weather delays or unavoidable circumstances)

If a refund is approved, it may be reduced by any costs already incurred by the Company, including but not limited to:

  • administrative time

  • site visits/consultation time beyond what was included in the estimate

  • supplier restocking fees

  • delivery fees

  • equipment reservation fees

3) Material Orders & Special Orders

If materials have been ordered or delivered, refunds may not be possible.

If a refund is possible, it may be subject to:

  • supplier restocking fees

  • return shipping or pickup costs

  • delivery costs already paid

Special order items are non-refundable unless the supplier allows return (and fees may apply).

4) Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a customer cancels or reschedules after work has been scheduled, the customer may be responsible for charges including:

  • mobilization fees

  • reserved labor time

  • equipment transportation/delivery fees

  • disposal charges already incurred

  • material costs already purchased/delivered

If the Company arrives on-site and cannot perform work due to restricted access, customer unpreparedness, or other customer-caused delay, a trip charge and/or rescheduling fee may apply.

5) Payments & Work Completion

For most projects:

  • payments are due according to the invoice terms

  • remaining balances are due upon completion of the agreed scope unless otherwise stated in writing

Late payments may result in:

  • delays in scheduling

  • pauses in work

  • added administrative fees or collection action when necessary

6) Disputes / Concerns

If you have concerns about workmanship or billing, you must notify the Company within a reasonable time so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • completed labor

  • time already spent on site

  • site conditions outside Company control

  • changes of mind after materials are delivered or work is completed
